Since its creation, the statue has been located in the Church of Our Lady in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Christus was featured at the Rome Italy Temple dedication in the spring of 2019 in a unique Vistors Center. The Christus is flanked by statues of the Twelve Apostles, also replicas of Thorvaldsen's work.
